All papers must be submitted online at the following submissions page for consideration for publication by the CARFMS Working Paper Series Editoral Committee. Only those author(s) who have been accepted for publication as part of the CARFMS Working Paper Series will be contacted by email. All decisions of the CARFMS Working Paper Series Editoral Committee are final. Appeals will not be considered.
